How SmartNest and ChargedStudios handle your data. Short version: we collect the minimum and never sell it.
Account details you give us (name, shop, email), license status, and basic product analytics such as which commands you run and crash reports. SmartNest does not upload your geometry or job files.
To run your license, send the one email when an update or your trial status changes, and improve the plugin. That is it.
Your models and nests stay on your machine and your shop network. The remnant pool is stored locally or on infrastructure you control.
You can request a copy of your account data or its deletion at any time by emailing [email protected]. We honor opt-outs and deletion requests promptly.
